Its structure provides excellent drainage and stability for your projects.

River Sand uses and benefits:

• Improves Drainage: The coarse texture is a top choice for amending heavy clay soils common in the region, significantly enhancing drainage and aeration for healthier plant roots.
• A Base for Projects: Ideal as a foundational layer for concrete slabs, sub-bases for driveways, or laying utilities due to its reliable compaction properties.
• Lawn Leveling and Top-Dressing: Alternative to Super Soil river sand is often used for top-dressing and leveling existing lawns (especially Bermudagrass), creating a smooth surface and filling in dips.
